- counter service with very friendly and informative staff
- best use of kale i have yet encountered
- great sandwiches, with the fish offering slightly edging the heavily hyped brisket
- solid baked goods, loved the chocolate chip cookies and goat cheese brownie
- will be back at some point with the burger and breakfast burrito in my sights
new belgium 1554 and schlafly summer lager

kale salad with caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and more...

brisket sandwich - grassfed brisket with brie and horseradish mayo on rye

fish sandwich - pan-seared gulf fish, cabbage, pickled red onion, and sriracha spread on ciabatta

take home treats...chocolate chip cookies, snicker doodle, goat cheese cookie, goat cheese brownie, strawberry crumble pie (not pictured)

this was a pretty awesome lunch with the tacos being the star of the show. the street corn is a must order, but the churros weren't my cup of tea as they were too hard on the outside yet almost raw within. will definitely be back.
the bourbon reforms - bourbon, missouri moonshine, sweet vermouth, benedictine, habanero shrub bitters
mission margarita - blanco tequila, orange curacao, house lime-orange agua fresco
 
guacamole and chips - smashed avocado with sea salt, pico de gallo, queso fresco

beef brisket birria - slow roasted brisket, pork belly carnitas, avocado, fiery arbol sauce
baja fish - fried fish, chipotle baja sauce, cabbage, pico de gallo, queso fresco  
roasted duck - chile roasted duck, crisp pork belly, avocado serrano sauce  
nopales - wood grilled cactus, poblano, pickled onion, goat cheese,  jalapeno salsa  
cochinita pibil - achiote marinated pork shoulder, roasted in banana leaves and shredded, with pickled onion and ancho bbq sauce  

ahogada - shredded pork, smashed black beans, chihuahua cheese, pickled onions, chipotle bacon, smothered in chile ancho sauce
