- located in the trump hotel, jean-georges is the eponymous flagship restaurant of chef/restaurateur jean-georges vongerichten
 - chef vongerichten's culinary training took place in both france and asia, and his cuisine is a direct reflection of this
- jean-georges is open for both lunch and dinner, and features al a carte dining as well as tasting menus
- three michelin stars, four from the new york times

overall thoughts:
beautiful room, professional yet surprisingly warm service, and fantastic food at a relative bargain price. for those looking to experience three michelin stars without making a serious investment, lunch at jean-georges is the way to go. do not skip the tuna ribbons...they are a menu staple for a reason!
