nice space, great wait staff, and solid food. i especially liked the pig tails, cauliflower, three little birds, and cherbourg dishes. will be definitely be back.

gooey butter cake - macerated peaches, tarragon, pickled cherry sorbet
the libertine candy bar - salted caramel semifreddo, hazelnuts, ganache, chocolate dacquoise
baetje farms cherbourg - lemon balm, apricot-saffron sorbet, benne seed croccante
