  1. This looks great. We chose the Le Bernardin Tasting and it was outstanding. The first course, tuna carpaccio, with yellowfin tuna, foie, toasted baguette, chives, and olive oil, was perfect, the apparent simplicity of the dish belying a complexity of subtle flavors and textures. A truly classic dish.
